Awful support.

If youre planning on buying their upgrades (which are great and useful) to use them on your iPad and iPhone, forget about it.
Their products are distinctly good, but if you ever try to retrieve these upgrade purchases from your account, its not gonna work. I bought them all on my iPhone and tried to retrieve them on my iPad and it just doesnt get it (even with the same account, same user, same product...).
Tried to get in touch with their support a month ago. No response.

A pity such a great product and such a poor support!
